Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature ($1.19)
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley ($0.11)
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro ($0.09)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced ($0.11)
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder ($0.02)
