
Baked new potatoes with sea salt & rosemary

This baked new potatoes recipe with sea salt and rosemary is a great way to jazz up your spuds making them nice and fluffy on the inside and crispy outside.
Ingredients
- 1kg Jersey Royals
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/gas 7.

Wash your potatoes and parboil until almost tender, then drain.

Pick and bash the rosemary leaves.
- 4
Drizzle with just a little touch of oil and roll in a teaspoon of sea salt, a little freshly ground black pepper and the rosemary.

Put the potatoes in a roasting tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes until golden. Or, wrap them in tin-foil and throw them on the barbie for the same amount of time.
